The 8th edition of the TotalEnergies African Nations Championship (CHAN) has reached the knockout stage, with the full quarter-final fixtures now confirmed following the conclusion of the group matches on Tuesday.
After a two-day break, the tournament resumes on Friday, August 22, with hosts Kenya set to take on Madagascar in the opening quarter-final at the Kasarani Stadium from 5:00 p.m.

Later that evening, Morocco, two-time champions of the competition, will face hosts Tanzania at 8:00 p.m. at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium.
On Saturday, August 23, Sudan will lock horns with Algeria at 5:00 p.m. at the Amaana Stadium in Zanzibar City. The day will close with a high-profile clash as Uganda Cranes host defending champions Senegal at 8:00 p.m. at the Mandela National Stadium Namboole.
In the semi-final pathway, the winner of the Kenya vs Madagascar match will face the victor between Algeria and Sudan, while the winner of the Tanzania vs Morocco clash will meet either Uganda or Senegal.
With the group stage behind them, all eight teams will now battle for a place in the final, with fans across Africa eagerly anticipating thrilling encounters in the knockout rounds.
